This chapter will follow your arrival in Gridania: the carriage ride through the Black Shroud, your first glimpse of the city of trees, and the path that leads you toward the Adventurers' Guild. Later in A Realm Reborn, companions such as Alphinaud Leveilleur join the larger story beyond this first awakening.
